Are you looking to find your first job after finishing your university degree or an internship in Film, TV or commercial production for the Summer and struggling to know where to find those opportunities?

Have you been sending off what seems like hundreds of Cvs to hundreds of production companies and not even getting a reply?

This bitesize workshop will help you focus yourself and your search in finding more opportunities to help you secure that first work experience placement or job. Whilst we can't guarantee that you'll land your dream job in the industry, we can guarantee that you'll come away with more confidence in how to present yourself, realistic advice, more contacts AND you've started to network just by coming along.

The session will cover:

* Helping you decide just what job you are looking for in the industry and how you can best utilise your existing skills.

* How to write a focused CV that employers will read

* Writing a cover email, that's short, sharp and "sells" you

* How to find more opportunities out there for jobs in Film/Tv

* How to make the most of those opportunites once you get them and keep on finding more and more
